Returns & Refund Eligibility


To qualify for a return or refund:

A request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

Digital products

Gift cards

Items marked as final sale

Preorders that have passed 4 business days from the order date

Any item that shows signs of use, wear, or damage

Return Process

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Refused Deliveries & Unpaid Customs

Orders returned due to refusal to pay customs, tariffs, refused delivery, or failure to pick up the package are not eligible for refunds.
If the package is returned to us and is in acceptable condition, a refund minus shipping fees, return costs, and any carrier charges may be issued at our discretion.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please place a new order and return the original item following the return process above.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping times vary based on destination and the selected shipping method at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

US Shipping

We offer shipping within the United States. Please note that shipments to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or certain regions may still be subject to customs inspections, import taxes, duties, or additional handling fees, depending on local regulations.

Customs, Duties, Import Fees & Tariffs

All customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Any import fees (Including tariffs) or duties are determined by the destination region and are not controlled by us. We cannot estimate or include these costs in your order total.

Refusal to Pay Customs / Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to pay required customs fees, tariffs or if you refuse delivery of your package.

The shipment may be returned to us, destroyed, or held by customs depending on the laws of the destination.

Refunds will NOT be issued for orders refused due to unpaid customs fees.

If the package is returned to us and we are able to receive it back in resellable condition, a refund minus all shipping costs, return fees, and any additional carrier charges may be processed at our discretion.

If the package is not returned to us, no refund will be provided.
